Shipping & Delivery

Delivery within Australia for orders over $100.00 is free, orders under $100.00 will incure a $10.00 fee for postage and the bubble wrap and postbags used to protect your purchase.
Delivery outside of Australia; we do not accept orders under $100.00 and for orders over $100.00 in value there is a charge of $25.00 for postage and packaging.

Returns & Replacements

If you are not satisfied with a product or it arrives damaged just let us know at skincare@appleboxskincare.com.au and we will work out a suitable course of action. This is likely to be sending replacement product or a refund.

Ordering

If you order a product in error please let us know immediately via email and we will cancel/refund the order.

Payment

Your payments are processed via a secure Payment Gateway that is not hosted by Applebox Skincare on our website but is actually a service from the National Bank of Australia. This means we don't have your credit card information at any time, we just receive a confirmation from the bank that your payment went through succesfully on their Payment Gateway and know we can then ship your order.

Updating Account Information

If you have set up an account that is great, it will save time when ordering as you won't need to re-enter shipping details and any promotion discounts can get automatically applied. You will find you need to re-enter your payment information each time as we don't retain that information on this website.
